Twitpic : is one of the most popular and old Picture uploading and sharing website for twitter. Twitpic works with many iPhone apps and twitter desktop clients. Most of the twitter users know about it so I am not counting it in.
1. Twitgoo : Twitgoo is fairly new to this twitter picture sharing scene but the way it works is simply awesome. It’s simple to use you enter your account details, write about picture you are uploading, select the picture that’s it press ‘update’ and you are good to go.
2. Pikter : Pikter comes handy when you want to post your photos to twitter by e-mail or by mms. Mms feature can be a good add-on if you are using mobile phone that does not support any twitter app, you simply send your photos to pikter via mms and it will then publish to your twitter account. Pikter also share pictures to jaiku, facebook, tumblr, flickr and more.
3. TwitterShare : I have to admit this is one of my favorite desktop client to upload pictures directly to my twitter profile. Twitter share is not only just online tool you can download desktop client software for Windows and Mac. You simply need to drag your photo onto the widget and share it that’s all.

10. Pixim : Pixim is yet another free service that lets you upload your pictures and share them on your twitter timeline but there are few features in pixim that others don’t offer. You can make your pictures private and set who can see them everyone or just your followers, you can track your images and check how many times your photos have been clicked and you can also tag your friends to insist them to watch your uploaded picture.
11. img.ly : img.ly is a great alternative to twitpic for the people having problems with twitpic should consider using img.ly. I also noticed sometimes twitpic response too slow. Img.ly is associated with bit.ly network.
12. Twitngo : Twitngo is more look a like twitgoo. You can upload photo and tweet about it.
