Lack of traffic is problem of any new blogger or website owner sometimes desperately they left blogging within first 3-6 months without knowing that waiting time will pay someday. Even if your blog is new you can have a decent amount of traffic just by following some activities that can generate you good amount of visitors. Today I am sharing some quick methods which can generate you tons of traffic from referring sites.

These days Social bookmark websites are owning the web everyone out there is stumbling, digging, mixing or whatever you name it and if you are webmaster and already saw the traffic effects from these websites then you must be aware of fact how much benefitial these websites can be in sense of diverting visitors to your website and give exposure to your content. All you have to do is to register on many famous social bookmark websites and submit your pages there but this is not enough make a lot of friends (probably the one’s already have blogs) you help them they help you more positive points or we can say more votes the more traffic you’ll get. This is also another effective way of making your blog famous and gets permanent readers. But you have to be sure the post is worth posting in forums because you can’t post your blog links daily on forums doing this everyday will end up with a banned account because the moderators will consider it as spam. Now I don’t post my articles to forums but when I used to post I got upto 1k visitors within hours which is worth (the forums were really popular and having enormous amount of members).

This is really an effective and quick way of gaining popularity and traffic, the game is simple here choose a prize which you think really is useful and your readers need, it can be a domain, a rapid share account or a hosting package (but you shouldn’t spend too much a reasonable prize will do the job) make rules ask them, to take part in the contest a backlink is required, a comment on this post and subscribe to out RSS or E-mail feeds and believe me they’ll do it. You can also gain popularity by publicizing your blog by different methods, you can make and print contact cards of your blog including your name, you can design and print out T-shirts and give away to your friends and lads or lasses to wear, another cool idea is to print out stickers and paste onto your car or your good one’s cars so people see your blog address. The most effective and tested way is to design an A4 size documents and then print them on as many places as much you can college notice boards your friend’s wall (ask him first lol). This is not more of a quick traffic gaining tip but this way can give you regular readers.

I agree On your 1st point Social Bookmarking Websites, BlogsDNA has got 1 big and 2 moderate SU effect which has shoot up it’s Feed reader count, apart from that SU keeps regular sending traffic .
Point to be noted that most of SU users and other Big social Bookmarking website users are involved in many other social activity and they do have blogs so chances are high that you might get backlinks too.

it is practical man if you earning 500$ monthly you can spend 50$ out of it and earn 600 next time. for example take problogger the guy start contests like mads even on his photography blog like he was giving away think tank camera bag yesterday
