i know sometimes you close your Wordpress Admin Dashboard tab and you have to write yourdomain.com/wp-admin to enter it again but now things are getting easier i found a Wordpress Plugin which made my life a little easier the main thing this plugin do is it put an admin bar at top of your blog and only it will be visible to one who login to the Admin Panel.
Easy Admin puts an Admin Bar on top of your blog while you are logged in the admin bar offers everything that your Dashboard does, main Tabs of Dashboard, write, manage, comments, blgroll, presentation, plugins users, options, logout and further more drop down menu of these tabs which further take you to direct where you want to go under Admin Panel.
The plugin options are also straight forward and you can customize how admin bar on top of your page looks colors, font, font size, alignment etc etc

- Upload to your plugin directory
- Activate it and its working

nice plugin
but not of much use
u dont need to edit the theme every now or then
instead it shud had the options like write a new post,modify the current viewing post
