Opera team today announces there final release of Opera 9.51 which is alot different from the previous one they did changed many things in this version including the default skin, the most important from all they included some serious security updates which they recommend everyone to install and they say alot of stability issues are solved.

The new skin looks like this this is only the header area the rest is simple :
